Lolita Meet-Up! Mori-Classic-Country Lolita Outfit

I finally had a chance to go to another lolita meet-up today!

I really wanted to wear a print, but for some reason this scarf and blouse just kept floating about in my mind, and nothing else seemed to look good. So I wore this outfit :D

The luggage bag holds my clothes from this morning’s facial ^^;

Black & Pearls Classic Lolita
I went shopping at a wholesaler’s mall today, and came home with loads of stuff. One of my purchases was a new mannequin, and I just had to dress her up right away!

The cutsew is also new, purchased at the mall for RM15 (USD5). The pearls were just calling to me! I couldn’t help but come up with a pearl-themed outfit.

Innocent World Rose Stained Glass Skirt

A friend of mine bought Rose Stained Glass on her trip to Japan last year and was very kind to sell it to me. Here’s my first full coordinate with it! I’m actually really happy with how this outfit turned out! I think that bit of ruffle from the Josette skirt really brings it together.

I’d wear this with lacy tights, an updo and plain pearl drop earrings. Haven’t quite thought of a bag to match this with, but I’d probably use something white/cream/ivory and tie a navy blue scarf onto it.

IW’s Royal Library JSK

I managed to snag myself IW’s Royal Library JSK in green! I was so lucky - I’d only made the waiting list, but I still managed to get it after waiting a few weeks!

I tried to make the ensemble more grown-up looking. Nearly all the non-lolita accessories have a sort of story to them!

The pearl necklace is from my mum’s favourite jewellery shop. My colleagues and I have all shopped there, and I think most of us have this same necklace or some variation of it. The shoes were bought specially for and worn to my sister’s wedding dinner :D I didn’t take a photo of the back design, but it’s encrusted in crystals. The bag is a limited edition bag to commemorate the opening of the new Chanel store in Malaysia a couple of years ago.

Mille Fleurs x Bebe Outfit

I recently purchased a Mille Fleurs Josette top and skirt set, as well as a bustier from Bebe that I thought would look really gorgeous with Lolita, and just had to pair them together! I’ve been promising a friend photos of this outfit for months, and so I’m finally posting the outfit.

It’s taken me forever to decide on appropriate accessories for this outfit. I’m still not 100% satisfied (the flowers in the headdress are not as perfectly colour-matched as I’d like) but it’s still serviceable :D
